Ukrainian drone attacks overnight on July 18 killed nine people and wounded more than 80 across Russia, according to Russian officials. Two warehouses of online retailer Wildberries burned in Kotovsk in the Tambov region and in Elektrostal east of Moscow, where seven night shift workers were killed at the Kotovsk site. A drone also hit an oil depot in Noginsk, sparking a fire and forcing the evacuation of a maternity hospital. President Zelenskyy said the two logistics facilities supplied sanctioned components for Russian drone production and navigation equipment, and Ukraine General Staff said the Noginsk fuel depot supplied the Russian armed forces.
