Verified users gain round-the-clock access to that material, and can go further: the platform lets approved parties request physical hardware for testing, ranging from non-destructive inspection to full disassembly or destructive analysis. Access is not open to everyone. Ukraine restricts it to its own scientific institutions, defense units and manufacturers, plus government agencies, defense ministries and vetted defense companies of partner states. For Western engineers, the appeal is practical: testing countermeasures against real Russian systems compresses development cycles that would otherwise rely on estimates. The launch turns battlefield salvage into a shared research asset for Ukraine and its partners.
