Tokyo CPI excluding fresh food rises2.6% inOctober,after2.7% inSeptember

Preliminary figures for Tokyo showed a 2.6% year-over-year rise in consumer prices excluding fresh food in October. The same measure rose 2.7% in September. It includes energy.
