The findings, published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, show it works not just against fentanyl but against a wide range of related designer drugs. In animal studies, vaccinated mice had roughly 70 percent less fentanyl reaching the brain than unvaccinated mice. The platform was designed to adapt as new black-market opioids emerge.
