Russian officials said Ukrainian drones struck oil infrastructure across southern Russia overnight into Friday, July 10. The Ilsky export refinery in Krasnodar Krai caught fire; per the independent outlet Astra it has been attacked at least 17 times since 2022. In the Rostov region, two fuel depots burned at the Taganrog seaport and residents nearby were evacuated, while two oil product storage sites caught fire in Azov. Russia's Defense Ministry claimed 376 Ukrainian drones were intercepted, including 16 near Moscow, where Domodedovo airport temporarily paused operations.
