Pentagon and Lockheed announce conditional F-35 framework

Lockheed Martin $LMT and the Pentagon announced a 10-year F-35 framework covering 850 US aircraft. Implementation still depends on congressional authorization and funding, with contract terms, pricing and schedules to be finalized.
