Oracle $ORCL has reported record results for its fiscal fourth quarter, ended in May 2026, according to the company's investor release. Total revenue rose 21% to $19.2 billion. The standout was cloud infrastructure, where revenue grew 93% year over year as Oracle continues to build out data center capacity for AI workloads. Cloud applications revenue grew 10%, bringing total cloud revenue up 47% to $9.9 billion. The company's traditional software business moved in the other direction, with revenue down 2% to $6.8 billion, which Oracle attributed to customers migrating from on-premise software to the cloud. Services revenue was $1.5 billion, up 13%, and hardware revenue was $0.9 billion, up 9%. GAAP earnings per share rose 21% to $1.45, and non-GAAP EPS rose 24% to $2.11. Oracle also reported that remaining performance obligations, a measure of contracted future revenue, grew by $85 billion in the quarter to $638 billion, and that it signed $67 billion in AI infrastructure contracts during the period.
