NATO rejects Russian nuclear warning over Kaliningrad
Russia warned NATO it could use nuclear weapons if Kaliningrad is cut off. On September 30, NATO chief Mark Rutte rejected the warning, saying the alliance is defensive and urging Moscow to stop nuclear threats. He said he did not take the warning seriously.
