MI5 chief urges shared preparation for terrorist and state threats
MI5 chief Ken McCallum says Britain must prepare for terrorism and state-backed threats at the same time. On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, he called for government, businesses and academia to work together to strengthen resilience.
