The flaws came from an anonymous researcher called Nightmare Eclipse who has released six Windows zero-days in six weeks. Security firm Huntress confirmed they are being used in the wild. Microsoft pushed out emergency patches on May 21 and got the researcher banned from GitHub and GitLab. Three more flaws remain unpatched. Microsoft's next Patch Tuesday is June 9. The researcher has threatened another exploit release in July.
