DoorDash announces agreement to buy Instacart for about $17 billion

DoorDash $DASH announced an agreement to buy Instacart $CART for about $17 billion. It plans to retain Instacart's brand and app. Instacart shoppers could keep fulfilling its orders, and grocers could choose either delivery platform.
