AI counter-drone gun maker Allen Control Systems raises 200 million dollars
Allen Control Systems raised a 200 million dollar Series B at a 2.2 billion dollar valuation to scale its Bullfrog autonomous counter-drone gun. The AI-driven system detects, tracks and engages drones on its own and is already in service with the US Army and Navy.
Allen Control Systems raised 200 million dollars in a Series B led by Smash Capital, valuing the company at 2.2 billion dollars. Its Bullfrog weapon combines AI, computer vision and robotics with existing gun platforms to shoot down drones without a human pulling the trigger, reaching a 100 percent success rate in a recent Army counter-drone test. Already deployed with the US Army and Navy.
